Followed this beautiful Egret for about an hour at he Yaquina Bay Estuary. Love their elegant flight, and wing span. It is enjoyable, and rewarding to explore the Estuary every visit to Newport, Oregon.
Peregrine Falcon Study
A pair of Peregrine Falcons residents of the Yaquina Head Lighthouse area provide countless hours of exciting flights, specially during breeding, and fledgings. This one perched for a little while in front of the Lighthouse toward the Ocean side. One of my favorite birds to watch. Newport, Oregon.
